Araku Valley — Eastern Ghats, Andhra Pradesh (1100–1500m)
Araku’s coffee is grown by smallholder tribal communities using 100% organic and regenerative agroforestry systems.
What makes it special: completely chemical-free cultivation, nutrient-rich volcanic soils, forest-grown shade, and community-driven processing.
Cup profiles: berry sweetness, soft florals, milk chocolate, cane sugar, and a pleasant roundness.
This region has gained international recognition for producing some of India’s cleanest and most aromatic naturals.
Chikmagalur — Karnataka (1200–1400m)
The birthplace of Indian coffee, Chikmagalur remains one of the country’s most stable and consistent sources of high-quality specialty lots.
What makes it special: high-altitude estates nestled in the Western Ghats, multigenerational farming knowledge, and a climate ideal for slow, even cherry ripening.
Cup profiles: chocolatey, bright washed coffees; raisin sweetness; almond and citrus notes; extremely dependable cup quality.
